The certificate lifecycle: from lab report to eFile

A product certificate starts at the lab, but it does not live there. Factories change, components swap, revisions ship. The certificate has to move with the product.

The lifecycle we manage: lab report intake, SKU mapping, revision tracking, retest windows, broker handoff, eFile confirmation. Each step has an owner and a timestamp, so an auditor can replay any shipment.

When a factory quietly swaps a component, the retest trigger fires in our system before the next shipment, not after the hold.
