Plenty of brands built their import math on the $800 de minimis threshold. For CPSC eFiling, that math is wrong.

The final rule is explicit: regulated consumer products need certificate data regardless of shipment value. A single parcel to a customer counts the same as a pallet.

For DTC brands shipping direct from overseas factories, that means certificate-ops is not a container problem. It is an every-order problem, and the only way to survive it is clean data, not heroics.
